Nawel Bellour

Nawel advises corporates, investors and institutions on cross-border matters spanning Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia. His practice covers group structuring, joint ventures and strategic projects in emerging markets, as well as complex international disputes and high-stakes negotiations.

He serves as legal counsel to the French Embassy in Qatar.

A dedicated collector of contemporary art, he has built a recognised practice in art market regulation.

A graduate of Sciences Po Paris (Finance & Strategy) and Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas (Business Law), he began his career at Shearman & Sterling before joining the Algiers office of LPA-CGR.

A member of the French-Qatari and French-Chinese Chambers of Commerce, he teaches private law at Lusail University – Sorbonne Université.
