Nawel Bellour

Nawel primarily focuses on cross-regional matters connecting the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and Asia. He specializes in business structuring, including the establishment, transformation, and liquidation of legal entities, as well as negotiating joint venture agreements. His expertise extends to project development in emerging markets, particularly in the energy, infrastructure, real estate, and technology sectors, with a strong emphasis on crypto-assets.

A contemporary art enthusiast, Nawel has also developed significant experience in art market regulation.

Nawel holds degrees from Sciences Po Paris (Finance & Strategy) and the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas (Business Law). He has gained experience at Shearman & Sterling and the Algiers office of LPA-CGR.

Nawel is a member of the Franco-Qatari Chamber of Commerce and a speaker at Lusail University - Sorbonne University in private law.
